My Review on these sites on Weight-loss
Why can't i lose weight I don't want to to starve I don't like working out! Help Me!

In this Review I want to Actually help women like me that struggle with Weigh-Gain over and over again. In the before photo which was actually taken in February 2012 i weighed over 270lbs. Yes I was at my heaviest and it showed. I spent most of the winter thinking of ways to lose the weight.
 Intermittent fasting How? Find the balance in eating ? Eat what you want Yea Right?
But like so many people i went about it the Wrong way. Instead of researching and getting to know myself I jumped into fad diet, after Fad diet...Bouncing from one thing to the next. Not even losing 10lbs.So by March of 2012 I made up my mind once in for all. I did my research i saw what worked and what didn't work and I did what most of us don't like to do..STICK WITH IT!
 If its so easy why can't i do it? I just don't know if it will work! I don't want to eat nasty food!

BOOKS VS. VIDEOS
So the first thing i want you to know about losing weight is you have to get some good knowledge on things you don't know about the body and the way it works. Books are a excellent tool to use in Losing Weight. They very informative and also it helps you understand better of what its is you need to work for and toward. Weight loss books have helped me tremendously I recommend getting a book it instead of just purchasing a workout DVD first. Videos are a great tool for working but if you have never worked out a day in your life then please don't go for this first before knowing what your problems are exactly. After you read and research about losing weight, then find a program that will work for you.
Work out DVD's are hard to keep at..why? I want my belly fat GONE..HOW? Is It that easy to LOSE WEIGHT?

The one great thing that i would like to share with you about work DVDs is that all of them are the same but you have a select few that can maximize results in a short amount of time. Which means you gone have to workout harder than you ever done in your life. Which i know allot of you don't necessarily want to do Right. Now the method i used to lose the 50lbs in 4months:
